BEAR'S TERMS OF SERVICE

This is the terms of service by reviewing and placing a commission with Bear you here by agree and accept to these terms of service.

I will draw

SFW | Moderate/Tasteful NSFW | Pinups| Humanoids | Group Images | Mecha | Backgrounds | Anything not shown please ask about.|

I WILL NOT DRAW

Extreme Fetishes | Politically driven work | Sexual images of feral/minors |

The stated above are non negotiable under any circumstances.

Art Process

I prefer a clear line of communication between me and my client. I work a full time job Saturday to Wedsday.
The days I will be full committed to making art will be Thursday and Fridays.I stream art on Fridays at usually 2PM PST.

Clients will receive

  • WIPs at each stage including:

  • Posing

  • Sketches. This will be the last chance you will be allowed a max of 2 major corrections.

  • Flat Colors

  • Rendered Artwork

Ownership

  • I retain full commercial as well as distribution rights on any image I produce.

  • I reserve the right to use any image I produce, and retain all rights to said image. This includes (not limited to) establishing portfolios and/or posting to online galleries (watermarked and resized to deter theft)

  • The commissioner may use the commissioned image at any size they please for PERSONAL use. This does not mean they can be used for commercial use.

  • Credit me/link to my page when re-posting my work to any gallery or social media. Unless Commercial Fee is paid.

  • With a COMMERCIAL image, you will receive a non watermarked image. As well as the stated above for personal commissions for promotional material.

  • Do not trace/edit/or color my artwork to claim as your own.

  • Commissioners will have a month to access and save the finished images before storage access is removed.

Payment

  • Payment is completed through Ko-fi, Paypal, or VGEN | USD

  • Payment up front before any work is started.

  • Payment plans can be made at my discretion, with a 25% minimum up front.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commissions for any reason.

  • I reserve the right to not disclose the information as to why I denied said commission.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to unprofessional, or inappropriate/rude behavior.If a cancellation occurs after the intial WIP stages, I will refund the amount after the WIP stages have been deducted.

  • There are no refunds on completed works, as you have already approved it at every stage up to finalization. Any attempts to scam this will be reported and blacklisted.

  • If at any point you drop communication with me with no reply for more than a month and/or maliciously block communication while a commission is still in progress, no refund will be given. You will also be blacklisted.

  • If a charge back is committed or occurs at any point during or after the commission, you will be blocked, reported, and blacklisted.

Prices

Prices are subject to change depending on complexity.

Commercial fee is 100% increase after discussed Initial increases.

  • Head Shot: $15

  • Half Body: $30

  • OC | Character Creation | Mecha: $60

  • Extra characters: 50% increase per character added.

  • Background: $40
